Hopefully you are starting to settle back into a fall routine. This is a great time to refocus your time and eating habits. It also means you may be dealing with the ongoing dilemma of what to pack for lunches. If you are like us, you want your kids to eat something that keeps them energized and focused throughout the day (no sleeping during afternoon math class!).
