Siena Tuscan Steakhouse
How good could Siena Tuscan Steakhouse be? It’s in a hotel, right? Not a venue usually known for destination cuisine. However, from the atmosphere to the inventive menu, Siena Tuscan Steakhouse in the Ambassador Hotel rates five stars. Begin the evening in the bar with the extensive happy hour menu before moving to the comfortable dining room. With a just below street view of Douglas Avenue, the venue comes alive at night with a great downtown vibe. Menu must try’s include the BBQ’d Octopus with an orange chili glaze, the homey pork cheeks in bean cassoulet and the visually lovely black fettuccine topped with a myriad of seafood coated in sherry cream. Plus if you overindulge, you can just ask for a room upstairs and sleep the glorious food and drink off in a comfortable bed. It’s a win-win.
