Graze the Prairie

Have you wondered if grass-fed beef is really better than “conventional” beef? And, if so, why? Grass-fed beef producers, Linda and Keith Long, own Graze the Prairie, located 45 miles east of Wichita, in a small town called Latham. Linda and Keith lease 2,000 acres and graze a closed-herd of cattle. Raising a closed-herd means they only breed their existing cattle. I have come to admire Linda and Keith for all they do to make healthy, grass-fed beef available to their loyal customers.
